Director, Field Medical Affairs – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for regional recruitment, deployment, and leadership of hematology-focused Associate Directors – Field Medical (MSLs)

• Oversee the professional development of team members and assess their performance

• Ensure all activities comply with current regulatory and healthcare guidelines

• Facilitate scientific exchange and collaboration with opinion leaders in the therapeutic area

• Manage and develop both company-sponsored and investigator-sponsored clinical trials

• Formulate and execute field strategies targeting healthcare professionals

• Design and implement collaborative field strategies

• Connect with healthcare professionals and participate in medical conferences

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced medical and/or scientific degree is required (e.g., MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, DVM)

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Field Medical Affairs

• Experience in Oncology and/or Hematology (preferably Lymphoma or Multiple Myeloma)

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Veeva with strong computer skills

• Residency in the Western US is mandatory
