This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.
β’ Accountable for regional recruitment, deployment, and leadership of hematology-focused Associate Directors β Field Medical (MSLs)
β’ Oversee the professional development of team members and assess their performance
β’ Ensure all activities comply with current regulatory and healthcare guidelines
β’ Facilitate scientific exchange and collaboration with opinion leaders in the therapeutic area
β’ Manage and develop both company-sponsored and investigator-sponsored clinical trials
β’ Formulate and execute field strategies targeting healthcare professionals
β’ Design and implement collaborative field strategies
β’ Connect with healthcare professionals and participate in medical conferences
β’ An advanced medical and/or scientific degree is required (e.g., MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, DVM)
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in Field Medical Affairs
β’ Experience in Oncology and/or Hematology (preferably Lymphoma or Multiple Myeloma)
β’ At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Veeva with strong computer skills
β’ Residency in the Western US is mandatory
