Director, Field Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Propel patient growth across Axia Women’s Health care centers by fostering robust field partnerships.

• Oversee field marketing initiatives to support both OB/GYN and Expanded Care services.

• Create scalable marketing playbooks and procedures.

• Guarantee uniform execution throughout care centers and various markets.

• Act as the senior Marketing liaison for Operations, providers, and care center leadership.

• Evaluate business opportunities and care center requirements to determine necessary marketing support and growth strategies.

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to synchronize Marketing resources and initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Effectively communicate priorities, recommendations, and timelines across all stakeholders.

• Track performance and relay results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Manage Field Marketing team members, providing coaching, guidance on prioritization, and performance management support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.

• Previous experience in a leadership role is essential.

• Experience in supporting multi-location or distributed consumer service businesses is required.

• Background in healthcare, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or franchise environments is preferred.
