This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of a team focused on intake and requirements, fostering strong expertise in requirements engineering, stakeholder discovery, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Set clear quality benchmarks (templates, definition-of-ready, acceptance criteria, traceability) to ensure that requirements are reliably buildable and testable.
• Manage the single customer experience-facing intake for workflow and digital requests, ensuring that all requests follow one organized path and are accurately shaped from the start.
• Implement a transparent triage and prioritization process to consistently evaluate demand and sequence requests based on explicit criteria (value, readiness, capacity, dependencies).
• Transform field requirements into technical-ready packages that encompass: problem statements and user/workflow contexts; scope boundaries and constraints; success criteria and acceptance tests; key dependencies and risk/edge cases; considerations for rollout/readiness.
• Ensure that intake and requirements explicitly address AI/workflow use cases (e.g., copilots, guided workflows, automation concepts) in a structured manner—defining intent, guardrails, and measurable value.
• Collaborate with experimentation/pilot teams to validate, refine, and convert early AI/workflow concepts into scalable requirements prior to enterprise development.
• Create feedback mechanisms to capture learnings from pilots/adoption and integrate them into improved requirement patterns, templates, and intake criteria—enhancing the system over time.
• Ensure that handoffs include the necessary evidence and readiness signals for smooth transitions of solutions from 'validated' to 'enterprise scale.'
• Utilize the end-to-end lifecycle framework (define → design → build/enable → pilot → scale → measure/improve) to guarantee that requirements anticipate what needs to be built and how success will be assessed—without taking ownership of enterprise analytics or platforms.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required; a STEM degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems) is strongly preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in business-to-technology translation, product/requirements leadership, workflow enablement, or technical program delivery within complex, matrixed environments in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Proven experience in people leadership (hiring, coaching, performance management) and the ability to establish a high-quality requirements function.
• Demonstrated ability to produce requirements that engineering teams can effectively implement (clear scope, acceptance criteria, constraints, dependencies).
• Strong technical fluency in digital workflows and modern enablement (e.g., CRM/workflow concepts, automation patterns, AI-enabled experiences), with the capability to convert field needs into actionable technical tasks.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and communication skills; adept at providing clarity in ambiguous situations and aligning partners across field, TA, and enterprise functions.
• Performance-based cash incentive.
• Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, and disability benefits.
• 401(k) plan with company contributions and matching.
• Generous time-off policy that encompasses vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leaves.
