This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead the implementation of the external relations strategy tailored for the U.S.
• Propel media relations initiatives across the U.S.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with significant stakeholders in the U.S.
• Manage external communications during crises or reputational challenges.
• Enhance and execute a thought leadership strategy centered on the U.S. education technology sector.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key entities within the education technology ecosystem.
• Supervise the team responsible for the strategy and management of brand accounts across various social media platforms.
• Contribute to the national event strategy and represent the company at essential industry events.
• Collaborate closely with the internal communications team.
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, political science, business, or a related discipline.
• A master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MPA) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations, external communications, or government relations.
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in the U.S. education or education technology sectors is strongly preferred.
