This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of WordPress VIP’s global portfolio of in-person events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
• Manage the pipeline contribution strategy for each assigned event.
• Create event programs with a distinct focus on generating sourced pipeline.
• Monitor and report on SAOs sourced, pipeline influenced, and deals accelerated.
• Oversee comprehensive project management for assigned events.
• Formulate the complete event marketing strategy.
• Analyze pipeline impact, attendance versus goals, and ROI following each event.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B event marketing.
• Established history of linking event activities to pipeline outcomes.
• Experience in managing both operational and marketing aspects of events.
• Strong understanding of demand generation principles.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Proficient communicator.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site event execution (up to 25% of your time).
