Director, Expat Tax Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dynamic team driven by technology that delivers intricate tax services for US Nationals residing overseas.

• Lead a workforce of around 100 associates.

• Ensure that business objectives and goals align with corporate strategy.

• Develop the growth strategy and establish long-term plans to drive business outcomes.

• Promote the adoption of innovative, technology-driven solutions.

• Manage the organization's profit and loss (P&L) statement.

• Provide coaching and regular, constructive feedback to team members.

• Facilitate staff development opportunities and progress toward individual goals.

• Contribute to the design of the overall client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

• MBA is preferred.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in driving and achieving business outcomes.

• At least five (5) years of leadership experience, including P&L ownership and operational responsibilities.

• Proven experience in developing strategy and long-term roadmaps.

• Exceptional skills in building partnerships and fostering synergy.

• Strong understanding of and experience with technology at a strategic level to enhance user experience.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

• Proficient in objective analysis and decision-making.
