This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives such as targeted literature reviews, evidence generation plans, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
• Supervise the creation of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) and related modules (clinical, economic, humanistic, epidemiology/burden, unmet need), ensuring robust evidence traceability, quality, and version control.
• Provide strategic guidance for HTA submissions and payer evidence packages; contribute to JCA-aligned evidence planning and content creation.
• Convert evidence into strategic insights that shape market access, reimbursement, and value strategy, including value story development, identification of evidence gaps, and suggestions for future evidence generation.
• Maintain scientific rigor, methodological quality, and editorial excellence across all outputs, including references, tables/figures, and compliance with client and style guidelines.
• Lead project planning and resource allocation across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior staff and contractors, offering guidance, feedback, and quality oversight.
• Act as a senior thought partner to internal leadership and clients regarding evolving evidence standards and trends that impact access decisions.
• 10+ years of experience in HEOR, RWE, market access, epidemiology, or related evidence-focused positions; consulting and/or biopharma experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading evidence strategy and execution across TLRs, GVD development, HTA submission support, and payer evidence package creation.
• Established ability to synthesize and present complex evidence in clear, well-organized written formats, including reports, dossiers, and slide presentations.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of coaching teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to scope workstreams, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality under tight deadlines.
• Executive presence, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MPH, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS) in a relevant discipline is preferred.
