This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Lead and implement programs aimed at minimizing inventory and controllable losses across designated locations.
β’ Investigate instances of internal and external theft, ensuring successful resolution of cases.
β’ Conduct audits and analyze store procedures through exception-based reporting and compliance evaluations.
β’ Collaborate and communicate effectively with store, district, regional, and corporate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
β’ Enhance security measures to mitigate shrinkage and safeguard associate well-being.
β’ Oversee prosecution and restitution processes to optimize recovery for the organization.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 5 to 8 years of experience in retail loss prevention, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role across multiple stores.
β’ W-Z Interview Certification is mandatory (CFI designation is preferred).
β’ Advanced understanding of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to uphold strict confidentiality.
β’ General proficiency in computer skills.
β’ Willingness to travel 60 to 70% of the time.
