This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee logistics for conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, internal meetings, and partner collaborations.
β’ Assist in executing more than 30 events each year across various business units, target audiences, and event formats.
β’ Manage relationships with vendors for venues, catering, audio/visual services, transportation, shipping, promotional items, and other event-related services.
β’ Facilitate attendee registrations, communications, lead collection tools, and onsite check-in procedures.
β’ Coordinate the shipping, tracking, and delivery of event materials, technology equipment, and branded promotional items.
β’ Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, project trackers, and task lists to ensure initiatives progress smoothly.
β’ Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner, and Operations to align event objectives, messaging, and execution with company priorities and KPIs.
β’ Assist in managing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise event calendar to enhance visibility, planning, and coordination throughout the organization.
β’ Provide support during onsite and virtual events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless execution.
β’ Keep track of inventory for event materials, giveaways, branded items, and event technology equipment.
β’ Oversee the company swag store, including inventory management and fulfillment assistance.
β’ Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance organization, processes, and the overall event experience.
β’ Possess 2β4 years of experience in supporting conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, or similar event initiatives.
β’ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and moving components simultaneously.
β’ Demonstrate clear communication skills and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
β’ Stay adaptable and solution-focused in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
β’ Experience coordinating vendors, schedules, shipping, logistics, and event materials is essential.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event or project management software.
β’ Familiarity with supporting virtual or hybrid events using platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cvent.
β’ Attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall picture is crucial.
β’ Exhibit a positive and collaborative attitude, ready to assist wherever necessary.
β’ Willingness to travel for events when required (approximately 15%).
