This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the complete logistics of 2-3 tradeshows, which includes booth design and planning, venue coordination, shipping, and managing lead times along with sponsor deadlines.
• Organize hotel room blocks, team travel arrangements, and event registration for Logicbroker participants.
• Oversee vendor contract deliverables, purchase orders, and budget management.
• Conduct weekly pre-event meetings with key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accountability on event KPIs, logistics, and maintaining the Logicbroker brand standards.
• Design and implement customized events such as dinners and meetups by handling venue selection, food and beverage, AV contractors, and communication with attendees.
• Keep our master event calendar and logistics tracker updated.
• Source and oversee branded merchandise, promotional items, and collateral shipments.
• Manage internal tracking for lead assignments, pre- and post-show sales engagement, and basic reporting.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B trade show or event logistics, particularly with large-format shows (5,000+ attendees).
• Direct experience with NRF, Shoptalk, or similar enterprise retail/tech events is highly preferred.
• Established connections with exhibit houses, AV vendors, and freight providers are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage six-figure event budgets.
• Strong project management skills—capable of creating a plan, owning it, and proactively identifying risks.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor; minimal onboarding time needed.
• Onsite presence at major tradeshows is not mandatory, although occasional bespoke dinners may require 1-2 days onsite, including travel and setup/teardown.
