This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Serve as the initial member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales team.
• Lead and manage strategic transformation initiatives for Forbes Global 2000 industrial companies.
• Collaborate directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering as they transition from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design.
• Develop the C-level engagement playbook and build the supporting team as the function expands.
• Work at the convergence of strategy, technology, and commercial results, with complete visibility to the founders and CRO.
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy or implementation consulting.
• Proven experience in the industrial sector (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy).
• A history of initiating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level executives.
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required, with German being a strong plus; must be willing to travel across Europe and to the US for key accounts.
