This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Guide a team of account executives, ensuring you mentor them to cultivate the skills and behaviors necessary for their success.

• Develop company territory plans, team organization, individual quotas, and assignments for your team, including requirements for investment capacity.

• Provide reports on revenue forecasts and strategic go-to-market programs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee a comprehensive revenue and customer success process.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, emphasizing value and achieving desired customer outcomes.

• Build trust-based relationships with customers and partners to guarantee long-term success.

• Promote continuous learning and understanding of technical product details and our future product roadmap.

• Create a revenue growth and investment strategy within the first 90 days.

• Implement our strategic growth initiatives in partnership with other function leaders across EMEA, ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader, managing sales teams in Denmark within the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS Sales Industry.

• Track record of surpassing sales quotas in similar high-growth technology firms.

• Capability to engage with and recruit sales talent in the market.

• Strong focus on methodology-driven sales coaching, MEDDPIC, and a Challenger approach.

• Experience in value-based sales with both business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Background in leadership roles focused on managing sales organizations to influence, develop, and achieve goals within Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales.

• Extensive executive relationship network with key customers.

• Understanding of the partner ecosystem to aid in the growth of Enterprise strategic territories.

• Proven success in implementing strategies for consumption and commitment-based sales revenue models.

• Proficiency in English is required.
