This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy, execution, and oversight of enterprise systems and data platforms throughout the organization.
• Establish the strategy, roadmap, and operational framework for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business leaders to convert functional requirements into scalable technological solutions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including contracts, licensing, upgrades, and integrations.
• Ensure all applications comply with security, regulatory, and scalability standards.
• Create and implement a thorough enterprise data strategy.
• Manage platforms such as data warehouses, data lakes, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Promote the use of self-service business intelligence and analytics throughout the organization.
• Set policies for data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance business processes.
• Lead efforts to consolidate and modernize data platforms, including migration to the cloud.
• Align enterprise systems with digital transformation objectives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Develop and guide a high-performing team of application administrators, data engineers, and business intelligence specialists.
• Encourage collaboration among IT, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Over 10 years of progressive IT experience, including more than 5 years in leadership roles overseeing enterprise applications and data teams.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated proficiency in data governance, integrations, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and software as a service (SaaS) applications.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
