Director – Enterprise AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Drive the internal AI leverage strategy throughout QAD by transforming company-wide productivity objectives into a structured, prioritized, and quantifiable AI transformation roadmap.

• Take ownership of the overall operating model for the internal adoption of AI, encompassing prioritization, governance, coordination of reference architecture, usage controls, value assessment, and execution rhythm.

• Manage the enterprise internal AI leverage roadmap across various functions and business units.

• Evaluate use cases based on their value, feasibility, functional readiness, data availability, and associated risks.

• Collaborate with IT, Data, Engineering, InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, and functional leaders to define the internal AI governance framework.

• Develop processes for use-case intake, prioritization, approval, and escalation.

• Monitor delivery progress, adoption rates, productivity impact, financial value, and risks within the AI leverage portfolio.

• Lead the Functional AI Enablement Leads and AI/Data Integration Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-15+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI transformation, enterprise automation, product management, technology strategy, operations transformation, or consulting.

• Proven experience working collaboratively across business and technology teams.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, data architecture, workflow automation, and AI/agentic tools.

• Ability to engage directly with CFO, CHRO, COO, CRO, Engineering, IT, and functional leaders.

• Strong enough to constructively challenge functions.

• A pragmatic approach to build-vs-buy decisions.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, engaging in executive communication, and capturing measurable value.
