Director, Engineering – Listings and Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee several engineering teams specializing in web, iOS, Android, and backend development.

• Establish the engineering strategy for evaluating user experiences.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and engineering teams.

• Lead the development of AI-driven shopping and evaluation experiences.

• Mentor and develop engineering leaders while maintaining team integrity.

• Proven experience leading multiple software engineering teams through managerial roles.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance engineering productivity, quality, and collaboration across various teams.

• History of delivering large-scale consumer-facing product experiences.

• Strong technical judgment regarding architecture and system development.
