This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Develop and spearhead the enablement strategy for Alkami’s revenue organization.

• Take ownership of the enablement ecosystem at Alkami, encompassing program design and training architecture.

• Articulate how Alkami’s sales methodology and processes are integrated into onboarding and training.

• Function as a trusted partner to Revenue Operations and senior revenue leaders.

• Integrate Alkami’s sales stages into the field operating model.

• Create clear role-specific playbooks and inspection frameworks.

• Design and implement onboarding and ongoing learning programs.

• Lead enablement efforts for major product launches and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing teams.

• Identify and promote AI-enabled workflows.

• Develop the processes and resources necessary to scale enablement.

• Set KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness.

• Oversee and nurture a strong enablement team member.

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, product marketing, or analogous go-to-market positions.

• Deep understanding of fintech and digital banking sectors.

• Demonstrated capability to design, develop, and manage scalable enablement programs.

• Experience in building product enablement in collaboration with Product and Product Marketing teams.

• Proven track record of supporting cross-functional go-to-market teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

• Proven proficiency with AI tools and workflows.

• A creative yet methodical operator.

• Comfortable functioning as a player-coach in a streamlined environment.

• Experience utilizing data, systems, and operational metrics to enhance program effectiveness.

• Previous leadership experience in managing people.
