This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete online sales environment, concentrating on strategy development, platform management, digital marketing efforts, data analysis, and collaboration across departments to enhance online revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise website development, refine user experience (UX), manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee inventory and logistics, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and integrate technologies (such as ERP/WMS) with marketing, IT, and supply chain for smooth operations from browsing to fulfillment.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies, establish objectives, analyze market trends, and investigate new sales channels.
• Manage the e-commerce platform (website and mobile) to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and seamless integration with other systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost traffic, enhance conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
• Oversee daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics, and relationships with third-party vendors.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and leverage insights to discover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
• Consistently improve the customer journey, providing a seamless, personalized, and fulfilling experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to synchronize digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Assess and adopt new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 6 years of experience with a Master’s degree in fields such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, E-commerce, Sales Operations, Marketing Technology, Healthcare, MedTech, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in driving E-commerce Strategy, building, or scaling e-commerce in large, complex organizations.
• Proficient in go-to-market planning, segmentation, and targeting.
• Demonstrated leadership in e-commerce/digital commerce.
• Experience in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medtech sectors is advantageous.
