Director, Donor Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity of data, analyze reports to evaluate and implement necessary action plans.

• Develop and nurture relationships with donors while mobilizing supporters.

• Report directly to the Executive Director or Senior Director of Donor Development.

• Assist in achieving revenue goals by cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors and prospects.

• Identify and secure leadership volunteers in the market.

• Generate and close leads for mission investment products.

• Collaborate with and lead market staff to execute core event strategies through leadership, engagement, empowerment, and volunteer mobilization.

• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining corporate partnerships.

• Ability to build and cultivate relationships across various sectors, communities, and levels to align with and further the mission.

• Successful in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members.

• Detail-oriented with proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate staff and drive change.
