Director, Donor Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity of data and analyze reports to assess and implement strategic action plans.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with donors.

• Activate supporters to enhance mission impact and boost overall revenue growth.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director/Senior Director and market staff on mission investment initiatives.

• Lead event strategies through the engagement and empowerment of volunteers.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain corporate partnerships.

• Ability to work effectively and build relationships across diverse sectors, communities, and levels to ensure mission alignment and outreach.

• Proven track record in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members.

• Detail-oriented with strong writing and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate staff and lead transformative change.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
