This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for leading the Direct Client Development team.
• Inspire and support team members in client development to achieve set targets.
• Examine and evaluate sales and operational records and reports.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding our client base.
• Recruit members for the sales team, establish objectives, train and mentor them, and assess their performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry; experience in high-volume sales, relationship management, or client service is advantageous.
• Strong preference for at least 5 years of experience in Sales team management.
• CFP or CFA designation is preferred; if not, a Series 65 license is required or the ability to obtain it quickly.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Intelligence tools is a significant advantage.
• Capable of influencing and motivating others.
• Competent in providing effective performance coaching and feedback.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• A background in client service is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Experience engaging with high-level, busy professionals.
• Enjoys leading and being part of a collaborative team.
• Must exhibit high flexibility and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
