Director, Digital Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations and support of the core ERP system, currently ServiceNow, along with associated software.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, senior management, and business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, implement, operationalize, and support digital platform capabilities.

• Lead a global technical team in configuring and providing support for the digital platform.

• Offer leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow resources.

• Ensure the health and security of ServiceNow through effective patching, upgrades, quality assurance, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive initiatives that enhance platform functionality, streamline processes, and boost operational efficiency.

• Oversee the development of a repeatable support playbook.

• Conduct performance reporting and proactive reviews of process adherence.

• Identify opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field.

• At least 7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, development, and configuration.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architect.

• At least 3 years of experience managing global delivery teams and offshore resources for 24/7 service operations.

• Experience in hiring and supervising ServiceNow talent.

• Strong ability to translate business processes into ServiceNow workflow designs.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Workspace, CMDB, and Domain Separation.

• Extensive experience in integrating other systems with ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of scalable workflow design and asset management optimization.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with ITSM tools and enterprise applications.

• Proficiency in writing Glide scripting and JavaScript.

• Ability to read and interpret developers’ code.

• Experience in implementing governance models, operational playbooks, and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Proven experience managing platform upgrades, module deployments, and custom development initiatives.
