This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for the retention of accounts and revenue, as well as managing all facets of dealer relationships (customer success) within the designated territory.
• Oversee launch planning, product implementation, and provide direction and guidance to the Dealer Relations Managers/Specialists.
• Identify and leverage revenue generation (upsell) opportunities.
• Manage and report on all identified KPIs, including retention, revenue, and operational metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team comprising 8-10 full-time employees.
• Serve as the primary contact for dealer management teams.
• Oversee the overall client relationship and address escalated issues.
• Ensure resolutions are followed through, manage overall service level agreements, and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
• Recommend additional services as necessary and ensure that product updates, new features, and releases are communicated through the Dealer Relations team.
• Support company growth objectives by generating new business referrals.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve long-term organizational goals.
• Foster employee engagement by nurturing direct reports.
• Provide training to team members as part of the onboarding process and ongoing professional development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within a luxury automotive retail setting.
• Previous management experience leading field teams.
• Extensive experience utilizing CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong influencing abilities.
• Capability to build meaningful relationships.
• Proficient in negotiating effectively, seeking win-win solutions in a non-confrontational manner.
• Proactively seek feedback.
• Regularly evaluate individual performance and adjust work methods to achieve improved results.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and possessing a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated vested interest in the company's success.
• In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
