This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the entire process from qualification to closure of intricate, multi-tower, multi-million dollar deals.
• Cultivate opportunities and engage in negotiations with high-level executives, including CxOs.
• Develop compelling propositions and manage the complete response process for complex deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect essential documents and technical solutions for bid proposals.
• Deliver technical content and designs in a clear and professional manner.
• Implement a strong reporting and governance framework to track the success of deals.
• Produce and enhance proposal documents that highlight the company’s distinctive offerings.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading negotiations with state and local government clients.
• Extensive knowledge of technology solutions for state government.
• Proficient in technical solution sales methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals, especially in the state government sector.
• Prior sales experience in government technical solutions is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement with state DMV agencies is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the state government budgeting and funding processes is highly preferred.
