This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing and enhancing data-driven projects

• Making essential technology choices to improve data infrastructure capabilities

• Generating actionable insights to support organizational growth

• Offering guidance and leadership in defining long-term goals and objectives

• Creating and implementing strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and values

• Ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources

• Formulating and executing data strategies that support overall business objectives

• Supervising the design, development, and upkeep of scalable data models

• Leading the implementation and improvement of ETL processes

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data and analytics requirements

• Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and best practices

• Monitoring data performance metrics and conducting regular evaluations

• Keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies

• Identifying, developing, and executing process or policy enhancements

• Developing and managing functional budgets

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, data engineering, or a related field is required

• At least five years of experience in a leadership or managerial position is required

• A minimum of five years of experience with Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS and Snowflake, is required

• Experience with various data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Domo, or similar is required

• Proven ability to effectively lead and develop high-performing data and analytics teams is required

• Experience in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is required
