This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Full responsibility for managing relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring profitability.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance strong customer relationships.
• Proactively promote account growth by introducing new offerings.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts across various industries.
• Accountable for generating leads through to closure, focusing on expanding scope and value.
• Achieve budget targets, managing revenue, profit/loss, and growth goals.
• Ensure account profitability by leading improvements in operating margins.
• Enhance the utilization and billability of resources assigned to the account.
• Develop in-depth industry knowledge to assist customers in realizing value.
• Uphold and promote the culture of Kyndryl.
• Work closely with sales team members to facilitate a smooth account management process.
• Over 10 years of experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
• More than 5 years of experience managing account P&L for $10M+.
• Extensive experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors.
• Profound understanding of business and technology trends, along with industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risks.
• An open-minded and empathetic approach to building relationships with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Must reside in the New York or New Jersey areas.
