• Define and implement Kyndryl’s culture transformation in accordance with business strategy and The Kyndryl Way.
• Ensure a uniform understanding and application of leadership behaviors across various geographies and business units.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executives regarding culture, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
• Develop and refine the culture framework (including behaviors, systems, symbols, and narratives) along with enterprise-wide priorities.
• Create tools such as engagement methods, manager kits, and activation guides.
• Execute strategies through practical actions.
• Provide valuable insights, including engagement data, attrition signals, and culture metrics.
• Empower the business by coaching leaders and supporting activation across different markets and functions.
• Design and lead large-scale change initiatives that integrate culture into everyday operations.
• Manage the Culture Influencers network to assist leaders in leading with empathy while ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Collaborate with Business functions, HRBPs, Talent, Learning, and Communications to guarantee sustained adoption rather than one-time programs.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in Organizational Development, HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and leading culture transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience where culture was the main responsibility, not a supporting or rotational role.
• A successful history of designing and delivering enterprise-wide culture initiatives that have measurable impacts on engagement, leadership behavior, revenue, or profit.
• Extensive experience in advising and partnering with senior executives within complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Practical experience with engagement and listening platforms (e.g., Glint, Qualtrics, Peakon), including insight-to-action planning at scale.
• Familiarity with establishing enterprise governance structures (e.g., culture councils, transformation steering committees) and operating within multi-functional partnership models.
