• Develop and implement a credit-focused marketing strategy that utilizes credit, customer, and alternative data to effectively market the appropriate product to the right audience at the optimal time.
• Formulate strategy, create suitable targeting and creative approaches, and oversee the P&L performance for Direct Mail acquisition channels.
• Conduct in-depth campaign analysis independently; adept at extracting data, evaluating performance, and pinpointing areas for optimization.
• Promote the adoption, growth, and refinement of credit-based acquisition strategies with key marketplace partners (e.g., Lightbox) and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Develop and sustain a profitable Direct Mail program to generate the leads essential for meeting ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate with the Product team to establish a streamlined user acquisition pathway for pre-screened customers and coordinate with Credit Risk to align underwriting standards.
• Investigate methods to decrease cycle times and the costs associated with direct mail while remaining responsive to business lead demand.
• Work alongside data science, underwriting, marketing, and sales teams to enhance credit-based targeting models through the testing of data improvements and sources.
• At least seven years of experience in marketing, risk, analytics, and/or product, with practical experience in scaling high-volume, high-frequency direct marketing campaigns for financial products.
• Strong business acumen accompanied by excellent project management and communication skills.
• Extensive experience collaborating directly with credit bureaus and/or credit-based lenders or lending marketplaces.
• Proven knowledge in the credit-related data landscape, particularly in utilizing credit and alternative data to formulate targeting strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or other programming languages to perform independent, detailed campaign analysis.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving results by leading cross-functional teams and a desire to continuously enhance processes through experimentation.
