This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-level Private Equity clients, Portfolio Companies, and Advisors to foster business growth.
• Define engagement scopes by partnering with clients to comprehend their requirements and leverage Crosslake’s varied technical capabilities to achieve concrete outcomes and address real challenges.
• Direct client-facing project teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives, adhering to timelines and budgets (responsible for internal budgeting, scheduling, and resource management).
• Engage in and facilitate discussions on company-wide strategy and vision.
• Oversee specific product/practice areas, including establishing roadmaps/plans and contributing to the development of templates and artifacts.
• Onboard and mentor new practitioners, which includes interviewing candidates and assisting in engagement decisions.
• Validate SOWs, budgets, and timesheets for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Act as project lead or secondary support on engagements as required.
• Participate in sales discussions and SOW drafting as necessary.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction in relation to project execution.
• Outstanding communicator and attentive listener, especially with clients and prospects (i.e., excellent interpersonal and presentation skills).
• Talent for building “trusted advisor” relationships with clients and proven capability to independently manage the strategic development of such relationships.
• Robust strategic and analytical thinking skills, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Impressive time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Extensive knowledge of modern technology stacks, enterprise IT, AI, and disruptive technologies, and their potential impact on future landscapes and competitive scenarios.
• Capability to demonstrate a balance of client insight and technical proficiency to effectively frame a compelling engagement.
• Approach critical tasks with enthusiasm and energy, maintaining focus on the bottom line and ensuring predictable completion.
• Collaborative team player willing to work across the firm to enhance client service, naturally inclined to “roll up one’s sleeves” and lend assistance wherever necessary.
• Receptive to coaching, valuing best practices and feedback as tools for continuous improvement.
• Experience in a professional services firm at the manager level or higher, preferably with a technology and/or Private Equity focus.
