Director, Corporate Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of the corporate systems portfolio from start to finish.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.

• Act as the technical partner for the Finance and People organizations.

• Manage the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems as if they were product lines.

• Create the integration layer.

• Establish security and compliance standards for corporate systems.

• Serve as the executive representative for corporate systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise or business systems.

• Extensive operational experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP in a rapidly growing company.

• Demonstrated success in managing the infrastructure for essential business processes.

• Experience overseeing the corporate systems portfolio through various scaling milestones.

• Strong technical knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity solutions.

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain talented systems engineers and analysts in a remote or distributed environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with finance, people, and executive leadership.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global setting.
