This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish high-level business and technology connections with energy clients and Kyndryl account teams.
• Drive consultative sales initiatives and influence client strategies.
• Utilize existing relationships to create opportunities and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business that aligns with C-suite priorities.
• Collaborate with account leadership on strategic account planning.
• Offer industry insights and technical thought leadership.
• Mobilize and guide pursuit and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success in IT consulting, ideally with a leading global firm.
• Over 10 years of experience in oil & gas consulting and technology services sales.
• Strong learning agility and a keen curiosity about the industry.
• Proven experience in delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and implementation plans.
• Executive presence combined with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, economics, engineering, computer science).
• A Master’s degree in a related field or an MBA is preferred.
