• Provide strategic and operational guidance for the creation, development, and management of corporate compensation programs.
• Ensure that compensation practices are competitive in the market, equitable within the organization, and aligned with the business strategy.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of organization-wide compensation initiatives.
• Formulate forward-thinking compensation strategies based on market trends.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that compensation programs are in line with financial objectives.
• Supervise the administration of compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze compensation data, market benchmarks, and internal trends to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in compensation, including program design and management.
• At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay program design.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional compensation regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with the capability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and guide decisions at the senior leadership level.
