This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the design, governance, administration, and ongoing enhancement of comprehensive executive and variable compensation programs.
• Act as a strategic compensation consultant to senior executives, HR leadership, and business unit leaders.
• Create and maintain compensation initiatives including base salary, annual incentive programs, sales incentive plans, and other performance-driven compensation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to formulate executive compensation analyses and recommendations.
• Lead market research, compensation benchmarking, and participation in salary surveys.
• Keep track of external regulatory requirements and compensation trends.
• Advocate for data-driven decision making through comprehensive analytics, reporting, and compensation modeling.
• Ensure that compensation programs align with attraction, retention, engagement, and performance goals.
• Establish strong cross-functional collaborations with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the design, development, and execution of compensation plans, including Short-Term Incentives, Long-Term Incentives, Sales Incentive Plans, and Hourly Incentive Plans.
• CCP designation is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in compensation, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within a high-performing team.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and human resources practices, processes, and standards.
• Experience in a matrixed organization undergoing transformation.
