This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategies for enterprise account growth, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding strategically within key accounts.
• Lead and expand enterprise business development teams to foster pipeline creation in prioritized sectors.
• Discover new markets, partnerships, and routes-to-market to enhance long-term growth.
• Ensure alignment of enterprise strategy with corporate policy deployment and growth goals.
• Manage the enterprise channel strategy involving distributors, partners, and national accounts.
• Create scalable channel frameworks to enhance revenue growth, coverage, and customer engagement.
• Set up governance, performance metrics, and incentives to maximize channel contributions.
• Collaborate across functions to synchronize channel strategy with product offerings, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Develop and oversee a cohesive revenue operations capability that includes: pipeline management, forecasting and analytics, territory planning and account segmentation, as well as sales process and productivity.
• Provide precise forecasting, performance insights, and operational discipline to enhance decision-making.
• Design and execute scalable systems, tools, and processes that boost sales effectiveness, while being an active champion and change agent for AI solutions.
• Utilize FBS principles to promote continuous improvement, standard work, and operational discipline within commercial teams.
• Spearhead kaizen initiatives to enhance commercial processes, data accuracy, and execution speed.
• Establish operational rhythms linked to performance metrics and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding growth strategy, performance, and investment prioritization.
• Influence decisions throughout a matrixed organization with high visibility to executives.
• Build, lead, and cultivate high-performing teams in: enterprise business development, channel management, and sales/revenue operations.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, channel management, and sales/revenue operations.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling commercial systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed setting.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Background in integrating sales, marketing, and customer success into a cohesive revenue model.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and AI applications in commercial workflows.
• Experience in industrial, B2B, or technology-driven solution environments.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business experience.
