This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.
• Oversee the complete sales process along with the Salesforce platform that supports it.
• Manage Salesforce business operations, which include the product catalog, pricing strategies, workflow automation, and field naming conventions.
• Set standards for the sales pipeline, ensure opportunity hygiene, establish forecasting rhythms, and conduct sales governance reviews.
• Equip representatives with the necessary training, tools, and insights to accelerate their ramp-up and maintain consistent sales, including onboarding programs, playbooks, territory frameworks, and compensation plan documents.
• Manage customer-facing content and internal sales communications, additionally creating performance scorecards to monitor individual and team productivity against specified KPIs.
• Lead the planning for sales tool adoption, employing root cause analysis to identify and rectify adoption shortcomings.
• Chart current workflows across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to pinpoint and address cross-functional friction points.
• Enhance operational clarity and automation of processes through RACI definitions, SOP documentation, and system-level updates.
• Act as the main commercial point of contact for the Analytics team, converting business inquiries into precise reporting requirements such as utilization, unit economics, and territory performance.
• Establish the essential governance framework—commercial policies, engagement rules, and territory/account assignment governance—to ensure consistency, accountability, and clear escalation paths across the organization.
• Keep the documentation for commercial policies, rules of engagement, and territory/account assignment governance up to date.
• Supervise compliance and conduct periodic audits, fostering prompt remediation through structured corrective measures.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in roles related to customer success, sales, analytics, or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into insights and actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using reporting tools and systems such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, or Tableau.
• Experience in supporting customer success initiatives, account management, or sales performance.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing).
• Demonstrated capability in translating business requirements into data and systems necessities.
• Familiarity with customer dynamics, sales processes, and drivers of commercial performance.
• Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and/or board members.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
