This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement impactful, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Establish the framework for projects, including milestones and accountability measures.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders with diverging priorities.

• Analyze operational issues and determine their root causes.

• Create scalable solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

• Convert uncertainty into organized plans and quantifiable results.

• Oversee initiatives related to Sales Operations, Variable Compensation, Learning & Development, Sales Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics.

• Update commercial processes, tools, and workflows.

• Assess and implement AI, automation, and emerging capabilities.

• Collaborate with technology and business teams to turn innovative ideas into widely accepted solutions.

• Persuade senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making throughout the organization.

• Report to executive leadership while also engaging with teams across all levels.

• Monitor progress, eliminate obstacles, and ensure consistent follow-through.

• Highlight issues early on with specific recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial operations.

• Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution.

• Demonstrated capacity to identify and implement process enhancements or innovative working methods.

• Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or AI-focused initiatives in either a commercial or operational context.

• Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational structures.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to simplify complicated topics.

• High degree of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work with regulated technology in compliance with US export control laws.
