This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Conduct significant outbound calls to prospects and clients to secure larger deals and create new opportunities.
• Actively generate and qualify fresh business leads through outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with accounts.
• Meet designated sales (order intake) and revenue objectives by effectively managing the sales pipeline and demonstrating strong closing abilities.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Ensure precise documentation and forecasting in the CRM system.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies.
• Establish and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Collaborate across functions to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and meetings.
• Travel within the designated territory for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in solution-based sales.
• Strong background in retail market sales.
• Proven track record of engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability in new business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Established capability to negotiate and close deals.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
