This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage all training initiatives, encompassing training assessments and evaluations, material creation, and facilitation of training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design relevant training programs that may incorporate various instructional methods.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of suitable training curricula across the business unit.
• Conduct training sessions as needed.
• Develop targeted learning and development initiatives that integrate technical, business, and cultural responsibilities by emphasizing succession planning, career advancement, and performance management.
• Perform gap analysis to identify organizational effectiveness challenges.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements through tailored training and development programs.
• Engage with relevant management and staff to acquire insights into work scenarios, processes, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies to create suitable training programs/materials.
• Oversee and coordinate training efforts to satisfy training requirements.
• Work in partnership with Human Resources to facilitate New Employee Orientation, onboarding training, and employee development.
• Supervise online interactive training initiatives from their development through to facilitation.
• Assess and analyze training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI), offering reports and suggestions to management.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures while ensuring the effectiveness of training programs.
• Monitor team outcomes, identify training gaps, and enhance training programs accordingly.
• Evaluate the necessity of engaging external vendors to achieve the organization's training objectives.
• Create a comprehensive training calendar for internal offerings and maintain a repository of external resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable experience.
• Over 7 years of training experience, ideally within a managed care or insurance setting.
• Proficiency with computer-based training tools and various technology-driven training platforms.
• Understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and evaluative techniques for measuring the impact on the organization and the ROI of training investments.
• Current licensure as an RN, LPN, Social Worker, or another licensed clinical healthcare professional (Highly Preferred).
