This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to gather field feedback, contribute to go-to-market strategies, develop roadmap initiatives, and maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
• Drive new business development and revenue growth for our clinical trial FSO, FSP, and SaaS solutions.
• Work in partnership with key internal stakeholders during proposal creation, early customer interactions, and bid defense meetings to devise innovative strategies that win projects.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and biotech organizations.
• Clearly articulate the FIT product's ROI, value proposition, and unique differentiators.
• Continuously track industry trends and competitive offerings to guide sales strategies and positioning.
• Sustain sponsor relationships by providing consulting services regarding Fortrea Intelligent Technology products.
• Lead product demonstrations in collaboration with Solution Consultants and Clinical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the FIT Products and Product Roadmaps, able to engage in detailed discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Technology Leadership Team to establish clear differentiation and facilitate the swift market adoption of Fortrea solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to formulate go-to-market and client engagement strategies that expedite the market acceptance of Fortrea Intelligent Technologies.
• Work with Marketing to ensure Fortrea Intelligent Technology maintains a distinct market presence, including authoring papers and attending or speaking at conferences and symposiums.
• Attend and present at both internal and external events, representing Clinical Technology and Fortrea.
• Increase internal awareness of FIT; educate and support cross-functionally within the Fortrea business regarding FIT products.
• Provide leadership and development for direct reports and junior team members as needed, including hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, timesheets, and other required company training.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in clinical technology.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling clinical technology solutions in life sciences, ideally within the clinical trial or clinical operations sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial workflows and terminology (e.g., risk-based monitoring, CTMS, EDC, CDISC, QTLs/KRIs).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Capacity to identify and suggest process enhancements.
• Proven ability to drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficient computer skills along with public speaking, presentation, and teaching abilities.
