Director, Clinical Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide management and support for Travere’s ongoing and future nephrology development initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary study teams on the design and execution of clinical trials.

• Assist in the design and implementation of clinical studies along with data analyses.

• Contribute to the clinical, scientific, and mechanism of action sections of INDs, NDAs, and BLAs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with alliance partners, external organizations, and investigators.

• Prepare manuscripts for scientific and medical journals and deliver presentations at scientific meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PhD, PharmD, and/or MD in a relevant Life Science discipline is required.

• Experience in rare diseases and/or nephrology is preferred.

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry is necessary.

• Experience in clinical trials and clinical studies is essential.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience contributing to INDs, NDAs, BLAs, and regulatory information requests.
