This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution and operational delivery of global clinical trials by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee CROs, vendors, and clinical trial partners to ensure that quality, compliance, timelines, and budget goals are met.

• Facilitate the identification of risks, escalation of issues, and planning for mitigation across assigned studies.

• Assist in the startup of studies, site feasibility, enrollment, and the execution of operational activities.

• Collaborate across various functions including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Biometrics, Supply Chain, and external vendors.

• Contribute to the development of SOPs, optimize processes, ensure inspection readiness, and participate in initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

• Provide mentorship to junior members of the Clinical Operations team as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 10 years of proven leadership experience in global clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, including oversight of clinical trials, vendor management, and cross-functional study leadership.

• Background in oncology, cell and/or gene therapy, or other intricate biologic clinical development programs.
