This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver compelling, data-driven narratives that illustrate solution efficacy and reveal actionable insights for major clients.
• Communicate Progyny’s value proposition to a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives, brokers, and consultants.
• Utilize financial models and insights to support contract renewals and upselling initiatives, tailoring reports to meet client specifications.
• Create and implement customized strategic plans aimed at client retention and growth, emphasizing the upselling of new product offerings and enhancing partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in managing expectations while collaborating with internal executive teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture robust, multi-tiered relationships with employers, brokers, and consultants, serving as a trusted advisor and healthcare consultant.
• Proactively address and resolve client issues, collaborating across teams to execute sustainable solutions.
• Define and meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including retention, satisfaction, and sales performance metrics, to foster client and organizational success.
• Conduct regular virtual and in-person meetings with clients and consultants to ensure alignment on objectives, tackle challenges, and sustain strong relationships.
• Travel 25% of the time to engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic and consultative selling within the healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance sectors.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with large, complex employers, focusing on strategic retention and growth.
• Demonstrated capability to engage with and manage the expectations of key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and actionable results.
• Strong skills in negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management, with the ability to effectively influence critical stakeholders.
• Expertise in presenting intricate information and insights in ways that resonate with a diverse audience.
• Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills to facilitate data-driven decisions and enhance client ROI.
• Proven ability to set goals, develop action plans, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Thrives in high-pressure situations, adept at prioritizing competing demands, and excels in a rapidly growing organization.
• Geographic flexibility: Must be located on the West Coast.
