This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and oversee new client Patient Services initiatives, which encompass Hub, Patient Assistance, Copay/Affordability, and Direct-to-Patient programs.
• Maintain client relationships and act as a primary contact during the implementation phase.
• Monitor and manage internal workflows, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the PMO Project Manager.
• Facilitate coordination among internal departments and staff for design, configuration, testing, training, and support after launch.
• Generate implementation documentation, including Business Process Flows, Business Rules Documents, program correspondence, and enrollment forms.
• Validate system requirements documentation, which consists of user stories, design documents, and data transfer agreements.
• Organize internal and external evaluations of implementation documentation.
• Strategize, arrange, and coordinate projects, programs, and services for EVERSANA and Patient Services.
• Assist in fulfilling contractual obligations, improving patient outcomes, and achieving business objectives.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience at EVERSANA or a relevant healthcare organization at the Implementation Director level.
• Proven experience in implementing Patient Services programs or managing intricate Patient Services initiatives.
• Background in managing pharma client relationships.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%, based on client location and necessary client meetings.
• Availability for 40–50 hours per week across 5 days.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Prior experience in biopharma Patient Services program implementation is advantageous.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce HealthCloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI for enhancing process efficiency is preferred.
