This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of comprehensive, integrated, multi-channel planning for designated accounts and present at client interactions; align annual, quarterly, and campaign strategies with business goals, clearly outlining trade-offs, channel responsibilities, pacing, and investment suggestions.
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with director and VP-level stakeholders; broaden the stakeholder network; proactively identify and mitigate risks and political challenges.
• Link investment and testing proposals to quantifiable results; spearhead forecasting and scenario modeling to pinpoint inefficiencies to eliminate and opportunities to expand funding, including testing agendas across creative elements, target audiences, placements, and landing pages.
• Enhance performance, optimization, and transparency; facilitate client interactions that transform insights into definitive decisions and actionable next steps.
• Lead or co-lead new business initiatives with Business Development; craft solutions, define scopes, and develop narratives that emphasize integrated, cross-channel value.
• Create compelling action-driving narratives utilizing App outputs; establish standards for instrumentation and hygiene; guarantee thorough quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Establish straightforward success metrics based on objectives and collaborate with Analytics/Econometrics to formulate the measurement strategy; integrate multi-source, multi-channel data into clear narratives and investment propositions.
• Proactively identify and address data and quality assurance challenges; manage critical escalations; monitor results, conduct after-action reviews, and revise assumptions and recommendations for subsequent client interactions.
• Over 10 years of experience in client leadership within performance marketing (enterprise or upper-mid), consistently achieving growth and efficiency.
• More than 4 years of experience in people leadership (managing individual contributors and managers): responsible for hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Expertise in executive relationship management and expectation setting; skilled in navigating complex alignment and change initiatives.
• Proficiency across channels (Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative) with a strong understanding of measurement (forecasting, KPI trees, MMM/incrementality knowledge).
• Familiarity with Bliss Point (or similar): ability to convert MMM / Incrementality / Forecasting / Brand / Creative insights into investment and testing strategies; collaborate effectively with Product and Analytics teams.
• Financial acumen through partnership: capable of interpreting margin/utilization, pricing strategies, staffing/capacity indicators, and forecasts; holds Operations and Finance accountable for excellence (without directly managing those mechanics).
• Educational qualifications: BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent.
