Director, Client Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive, multi-channel planning for assigned accounts and present findings during client interactions.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at the director and VP levels.

• Link investment and testing recommendations to measurable outcomes.

• Enhance performance, optimization, and transparency; facilitate client interactions that transform insights into actionable decisions.

• Develop and showcase extensive knowledge of the Bliss Point App Suite.

• Establish straightforward success metrics based on objectives and collaborate with Analytics/Econometrics to formulate the measurement strategy.

• Foster a culture of accountability and performance; establish clear goals and expectations; deliver timely feedback and coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in client leadership within performance marketing (enterprise/upper-mid).

• More than 4 years of experience in people leadership (managing individual contributors and managers).

• Proven ability to lead executive relationships and set expectations.

• Proficient in cross-channel literacy (Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM, Creative).

• Fluency in Bliss Point (or similar): ability to translate MMM / Incrementality / Forecasting / Brand / Creative insights into investment and testing actions.

• Financial acumen through collaboration: able to read and interpret margin/utilization, pricing structures, staffing/capacity signals, and forecasts; ensures Ops/Finance delivers excellence.
