This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Oversee a team dedicated to managing a strategic portfolio of business.
• Propel growth for business units by meeting annual revenue objectives.
• Ensure client retention while promoting growth through additional products and services.
• Cultivate and maintain essential internal and external relationships.
• Manage revenue streams for the designated team and clients.
• Establish a regular schedule for reviewing budgets, forecasts, and product usage.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds client renewal and retention objectives.
• Empower the team to drive revenue growth through the optimization of existing products.
• Coordinate the intake and delivery of impact analysis for current solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in a client management role, with over 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in revenue management and increased utilization.
• In-depth knowledge of the Payor and/or TPA sector.
• Capable of leading and managing a team in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and meeting management abilities.
• Established collaboration with key business stakeholders: Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Ability to foresee future trends and integrate them into business review strategies.
• Experience utilizing data and reporting to effectively identify client and industry trends.
