This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, develop, and manage a team of client advisors, enhancing performance through clear quota establishment, regular pipeline assessments, and disciplined forecasting.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations linked to sales results, including win rates, deal velocity, and account expansion.
• Support your team in the field through client visits and remote communications to influence deal strategy and move the sales pipeline forward.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by nurturing trusted partner relationships that enhance the utilization of ReSource Pro services.
• Collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore delivery teams to resolve issues and negotiate renewal agreements.
• Contribute to the formulation of organizational business development standards, practices, and initiatives for cross-team learning.
• Promote a collaborative and solution-focused workplace culture by maintaining professionalism and engaging in constructive discussions.
• Retain individual contributor account management duties for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• 10–15 years of experience in sales and/or account management within the insurance, BPO, or a related sector.
• Over 7 years of experience in leading and managing professional teams.
• Demonstrated record of sales achievement and a solid understanding of the core business of insurance clients.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing all organizational levels.
• Technologically proficient, including familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of achieving consensus and effective outcomes in project execution.
• Ability to excel and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time.
• Industry certifications such as CIC, CPCU, AINS, or CRS are preferred but not mandatory.
