• Oversee daily client operations and the planning, development, and execution of policies, objectives, and initiatives related to acute or physician revenue cycle activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Influence and guide operations to ensure consistent delivery of results.
• Convey organizational values and demonstrate positive leadership to all team members.
• Keep track of bad debt and implement process improvements in critical areas.
• Identify deficiencies in client support or performance and recommend solutions to enhance improvement.
• Participate in and lead program-level meetings with stakeholders.
• Serve as a revenue cycle authority, ensuring timely communication of changes concerning payer policies, contracts, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate monthly client meetings to assess operational performance, discuss strategic initiatives, explore partnership opportunities, and address escalated support needs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in leading healthcare revenue cycle operations in complex, client-facing settings.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and align organizations, influence decision-making, engage on-site operational teams, and drive results.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven capability to lead and influence multi-level teams in both onsite and matrixed environments.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present complex information with clarity.
• Experience in direct partnership with client executives and Boards.
• Capacity to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in AI usage and team management utilizing AI for process and technological enhancements.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
