This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee daily client operations and the planning, development, and execution of policies, objectives, and initiatives related to acute or physician revenue cycle activities.
β’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
β’ Influence and guide operations to ensure consistent delivery of results.
β’ Convey organizational values and demonstrate positive leadership to all team members.
β’ Keep track of bad debt and implement process improvements in critical areas.
β’ Identify deficiencies in client support or performance and recommend solutions to enhance improvement.
β’ Participate in and lead program-level meetings with stakeholders.
β’ Serve as a revenue cycle authority, ensuring timely communication of changes concerning payer policies, contracts, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.
β’ Coordinate monthly client meetings to assess operational performance, discuss strategic initiatives, explore partnership opportunities, and address escalated support needs.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
β’ A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in leading healthcare revenue cycle operations in complex, client-facing settings.
β’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and align organizations, influence decision-making, engage on-site operational teams, and drive results.
β’ At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
β’ Proven capability to lead and influence multi-level teams in both onsite and matrixed environments.
β’ Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present complex information with clarity.
β’ Experience in direct partnership with client executives and Boards.
β’ Capacity to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
β’ Demonstrated advanced proficiency in AI usage and team management utilizing AI for process and technological enhancements.
β’ Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
