Director, Channel Operations Strategy – Advanced Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of contract strategies for Cell & Gene Therapy and RLT portfolio distribution, dispensing, pharmacy, and group purchasing organizations, aligning with Business Unit sales objectives and customer requirements.

• Coordinate strategy with other essential functions such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to ensure comprehensive cross-functional support.

• Create operational models and data capabilities for field engagement and impact monitoring in business-to-business market access.

• Accountable for strategically and financially evaluating potential contracting initiatives, assisting in customer negotiations, and managing the complete channel partner contract execution process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, Pharmacy, Consulting, or Payer roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of US healthcare economics and the factors influencing pharmaceutical demand, including pricing and reimbursement.

• Significant experience in healthcare contracting with a critical understanding of distribution, group purchasing organization, and pharmacy business models.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex customer environments and foster relationships with all key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Profound knowledge of patient access, launch excellence, marketing, and business processes, along with the capability to analyze intricate business challenges.

• Strong grasp of the US pharmaceutical value chain and its associated business processes.

• Excellent skills in commercial and field data analytics and enablement.
