This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the Category’s most significant levers.
• Manage end-to-end initiatives that impact the P&L the most — spanning acquisition, retention, conversion, and new treatment launches — from strategy development through execution to results analysis.
• Oversee the unit economics related to these initiatives: CAC, LTV, ARPU, submit-to-subscriber (S2S), and contribution margin.
• Assess and prioritize initiatives — define the opportunity, evaluate trade-offs (impact versus effort, must-have versus nice-to-have), and provide a clear recommendation on what should be developed and the timeline.
• Foster Growth & Retention.
• Collaborate with growth and lifecycle teams to enhance acquisition, S2S conversion, and retention throughout the funnel.
• Convert single-treatment buyers into multi-specialty members through effective cross-selling and long-term engagement strategies.
• Develop pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategies that safeguard margin and LTV.
• Launch & Scale New Treatments.
• Identify, prioritize, and initiate new treatments, SKUs, and programs — from business case development to forecasting and launch.
• Collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to safely and swiftly bring therapies to market.
• Create repeatable playbooks rather than one-off solutions.
• Enhance the Customer Experience.
• Provide a premium, empathetic, and destigmatizing end-to-end experience — ensuring clinical rigor without clinical coldness.
• Evaluate the customer journey from the initial contact through fulfillment and ongoing care as a customer would.
• Combine qualitative insights with quantitative data to bridge experience gaps.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution.
• Serve as the primary leader for your initiatives, aligning teams across clinical, regulatory, product, growth, analytics, pharmacy, and operations.
• Establish clear priorities and success metrics; ensure partners remain engaged even amidst differing opinions.
• Guide the growth-operations and analytics resources that support you; act as a strategic partner to the Senior Managers assisting your efforts.
• Manage Performance.
• Own the performance metrics for your initiatives — revenue, contribution margin, retention/churn, S2S, ARPU, and treatment adoption.
• Define KPIs and success criteria for all your projects; present performance in business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).
• Consider compliance (FDA, compounding, state telehealth) as a competitive advantage, not a barrier.
• 7+ years of experience in category management, strategy & operations, general management, or a related field with substantial business accountability — preferably in a high-growth, cross-functional setting.
• Proven history of managing high-stakes initiatives or a P&L and successfully driving them to measurable revenue, margin, or retention results.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new products or programs, from concept to implementation at scale.
• Strong analytical and financial skills — capable of building and defending models, and making decisions in data-scarce situations.
• Cross-functional leadership experience that unites clinical, product, growth, and operations teams under a unified strategy.
• Proactive mindset: MVP, learn, iterate — rather than over-engineering.
• The ambition and potential to advance into a GM role with full category ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree. An MBA, experience in management consulting, or a background in top-tier tech (marketplace, on-demand, consumer platform) is preferred.
• Bonus if you possess experience in DTC, telehealth, or consumer health.
• Experience with regulated healthcare products, pharmacy operations, or compounding.
• Experience in people management.
• Proficiency in Looker / Amplitude.
• Competitive salary and equity compensation for full-time positions.
• Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days.
• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision coverage, and parental leave.
• Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
• 401k benefits with employer matching contributions.
• Offsite team retreats.
