This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development of Wellvana’s enterprise governance framework, encompassing steering committees, initiative assessments, and escalation pathways.
• Manage and refine decision-making authorities, RACI matrices, and governance documentation.
• Standardize reporting for initiatives regarding status, risks, and progress throughout the enterprise.
• Identify gaps in governance and propose structural enhancements.
• Oversee operations for the Enterprise Insights & Clinical Strategy initiative pillar, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and key decision points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Analytics, Clinical Strategy, and Medical Economics.
• Highlight risks and obstacles, facilitating resolution or escalation.
• Take ownership of operational tracking and governance for the annual Gross Savings initiative.
• Monitor gross savings goals, medical management, and performance in clinical documentation.
• Track performance against established targets, identify variances, and coordinate recovery strategies.
• Create and sustain initiative tracking tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth across all tracking tools and leadership reports.
• Assess infrastructure enhancements as enterprise initiatives expand.
• Prepare and present RYG status reports, portfolio dashboards, and pulse updates for C-suite and ELT stakeholders.
• Convert initiative-level details into concise, decision-oriented executive summaries.
• Collaborate with initiative owners to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting.
• Align enterprise initiatives with strategic goals across People & Culture, Analytics, Medical Economics, and operational/service line teams.
• Identify overlaps, misalignments, and ownership voids before they escalate into execution risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience in program governance, PMO leadership, or strategic operations roles.
• Experience in healthcare or value-based care, ideally with exposure to ACO, MSSP, ACO REACH, or Medicare Advantage.
• Proven track record in designing or implementing governance models and operating cadences for large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial and clinical performance data, including gross savings, medical management, and quality metrics, is advantageous.
• PMP or a comparable governance/program management certification is preferred.
• Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage scalable governance frameworks.
• Strong executive communication capabilities and experience in preparing reports suitable for C-suite audiences.
• Proficiency in project/portfolio management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet and related dashboarding.
